In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error in pricing information received from our suppliers or typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse / cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed or credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and we cancel your order, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account or send you a check for the amount paid.

The actual colors of products may differ from the pictures. We try to accurately display them correctly according to our monitors and calibration.
BrazRio retains title to the products until payment is fully received. Our Guarantee against defects may vary or even become null or voided for purchases shipped outside of the USA.
We shall have no liability to you or any third party for damages caused to your products being shipped. All merchandise shall be shipped insured.
Every item is subjected to no availability for either small and large orders. Orders must be placed online, by phone, fax, e-mail or post mail. All prices are list prices. There is no minimum order or quantity required unless specified. Prices, description, discounts or any other information are subject to change without notice at anytime.
Orders will only be accepted if they are being shipped to a physical address in the USA.

RETURNS
Once your order is shipped, if it is refused or returned without prior authorization from BrazRio, the items are subject to non-refundable charges. All returns must be made with prior and written authorization.
Any claim should be made upon receipt merchandise. No returns allowed after 30 days of the purchase date.
Every item must be shipped back in its original condition and in the original packaging with full value insurance, otherwise returns may not be accepted and/or restocking fees accessed.
If we have made a mistake, we will credit you the shipping and handling charges. However, if no mistake was made by our part and you simply wish to return your order, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
MODIFYING OR CANCELLING ORDERS
Placed orders, if not shipped, may be canceled or modified, unless it is a custom or special order. Orders shipped and canceled are subject of non-refundable shipping and handling
charges.
PAYMENTS
Uncollected checks are subjected to $35.00 for bank charges plus late fee charges. Fraudulent orders will be prosecuted. (Our secure server keep records of your connection if you are placing an order online)
